Jacob Bach, BSE, CSM

Jacob Bach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In their current position at LeapPoint, they serve as a Sr. Configuration Consultant/Solutions Architect. Prior to this, they worked at Ranger Technical Resources as a Consultant, where they developed solutions for user problems across various platforms and served as a System's Admin for Workfront and Slack. Jacob also implemented these systems into new and existing teams, creating efficient processes for them. Before that, Jacob worked at Corning Incorporated as a Global Marketing Project Manager/Workfront Admin, managing marketing projects and optimizing the use of Workfront. At BestCo, they served as an IT Generalist/Intern, assisting with system implementations and providing IT support. Jacob also worked as a Project Management Intern, leading meetings with cross-disciplinary teams and coordinating with clients and vendors. Jacob began their career as a Marketing Associate at Aspen Heights.

Jacob Bach attended Bandys High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a high school degree in General Education. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Systems Engineering. Additionally, in March 2018, Jacob obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
