Ratnakar Garikipati

Ratnakar Garikipati is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of LeapThought, a position held since April 2011. Prior to this role, Ratnakar served as Development & P&L Manager and Systems Consultant at Datacom from 2001 to April 2011. Earlier in their career, Ratnakar worked as a Software Developer at Blue Chip Infosys from June 1997 to December 2000. Ratnakar holds a degree in Executive Education with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia University.
