Radhika Shah

Radhika Shah currently serves as the Enterprise Business Development representative for Leapwork, focusing on the UK, Australia, and New Zealand markets since February 2024. This role involves promoting an AI-powered visual test automation platform designed to enhance software testing efficiency. Prior to Leapwork, Radhika held the position of Mid Market Account Executive at Momentive.ai, assisting organizations with voice of the customer programs. Radhika also worked as a Sponsorship Portfolio Sales Manager at IQPC Exchange, where responsibilities included networking and business information delivery tailored to client objectives. Earlier experience includes roles as an Enterprise Account Manager at The Legal 500, a Swimming Teacher at Fusion Lifestyle, and a Strength and Conditioning placement at Team Hallam. Radhika earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Sport and Exercise Science from Sheffield Hallam University from 2014 to 2017, following A Levels from The Heathland School from 2005 to 2013.
