Ian Connolly

Ian Connolly is the Head of Engineering of LeapYear, where he leads LeapYear's development efforts. He is passionate about privacy-preserving analytics and ML, building high-performing and sustainable teams, and tightening the feedback loop between research and practice. Prior to LeapYear, he was the first engineering hire at programming language startup Dark, and worked on data platforms at Scribd. Ian also holds a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin.
