Tera Fead

Tera Fead has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tera started their career as a Vice President of Operations at Plexus Group, Inc., JPMorgan Chase in 1992, where they were responsible for managing and training Production Analysts. Tera implemented standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and product quality. In 2006, they joined ITG as a Vice President of Product Management, focusing on new product development and strategic support of quantitative Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) tools. Tera championed the development of new products through collaboration with Marketing, Branding, and IT. In 2011, they joined Goldline, LLC as a Sales Administration Manager, overseeing a Sales Support team and managing sales incentive and awards programs. Currently, Tera is working at Lear Capital, where they have held various roles including Director of IRA Operations and Director of Sales.

Tera Fead obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara. Tera studied at the university from 1988 to 1992.
