Paul Strange

Paul Strange is the General Counsel at Learn Capital. He previously served as the General Counsel for Gazillion Entertainment, a developer of massively multiplayer online videogames, where he was responsible for all legal matters of the company including financing, domestic regulatory and privacy compliance, international regulatory compliance, inbound and outbound licensing, and contract compliance.

Prior to joining Gazillion, Paul founded and operated The Strange Law Firm, which provided a broad range of services to clients including AT&T and Greyhound. He started his professional career with the preeminent trial lawyers of Thorsnes, Bartolotta and McGuire in San Diego. He has also served as a board member and President of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District – one of the largest school districts in California with 56+ school sites, a budget of approximately $285M, and 30K+ K-12 students.
