Elda Monterroso Flores

Elda Monterroso Flores is an experienced professional with a diverse background in grants coordination, script reading, and administrative support. Currently serving as the Coordinator to the COO, General Counsel, and Catalyst Program at Sundance Institute since September 2021, Elda has also held positions such as Freelance Script Reader at STX Entertainment and Grants Coordinator at Atlantic Theater Company, where responsibilities included drafting grant applications and developing donor strategies. Previous roles include Research Assistant for bestselling author Bruce Feiler, where Elda managed interns and contributed to various writing projects, and an Administrative Assistant at the New York City Department of Education, coordinating professional development programs and major school events. Elda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Hunter College.
