Kathleen Hickey

Kathleen Hickey has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a 7th Grade Math and Science Teacher at LEARN Charter School Network since August 2015. Kathleen has also worked as a Math Interventionist at CICS Prairie since October 2012, where responsibilities include planning and implementing individualized math instruction for grades 5 through 8 and assessing student levels through district-wide assessments. Previous positions include a 6th Grade Math and Science Teacher at Chicago Public Schools (August 2014 - August 2015) and a 3rd/4th Grade Math and Science Teacher at Chicago International Charter School (August 2013 - July 2014). Kathleen's early experience includes roles at Orion's Mind, LLC as an Instructor (April 2012 - May 2013) and as a Student Teacher at Orland Junior High (August 2011 - December 2011). Kathleen holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University, which was completed in 2012.
