Kaitlyn Woodward Patterson has had diverse and impactful work experience over the years. In 2018, they served as the Chief Development Officer for Learn Fresh, a nonprofit focused on providing engaging STEM and social-emotional learning experiences to students, with a particular emphasis on underrepresented groups. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Annual Giving and Special Events at Stevens Cooperative School.

From 2015 to 2017, Kaitlyn was an Associate Director of Development at Rutgers University Foundation, where they were responsible for establishing a Leadership Giving program to increase donor engagement and support. Before that, from 2013 to 2015, they held the role of Market Manager - Fundraising Events at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, overseeing the Cycle for Survival campaign in Boston and contributing to the organization's flagship events in New York City.

Starting their career in 2011, Kaitlyn worked as the Manager - Fundraising & Special Events for the American Diabetes Association, where they successfully raised funds and established strategic relationships in the Princeton market. Kaitlyn also served as a Development Associate and Volunteer Coordinator at Chandler Hall from 2010 to 2011.

With their experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and event management, Kaitlyn has made significant contributions to organizations in the education, healthcare, and social causes sectors.

Kaitlyn Woodward Patterson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on English and Technical Writing from Penn State University. Kaitlyn attended the university from 2006 to 2010.
