Job Title: Financial Accountant

Office Requirement: 2 days per week in-office

Overview:

We are looking for a qualified, technically strong financial accountant who will play a pivotal role as the Group continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Involvement in the production and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs.

· Prepare statutory accounts for all legal entities, including half-year and year-end Group accounts.

· Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and statutory laws, ensuring that the Group is compliant.

· Work with auditors on the half-year review and year-end audit process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

· Work with tax consultants for the Group to ensure compliance with HMRC and European tax authorities.

· Ensure the integrity of financial data provided to other areas of the business.

· Assistants with the Groups FP&A and M&A activities, including forecasting and modelling.

· Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Qualified accountant ACA or ACCA.

· First or second time mover out of practice.

· Sound technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102 statutory reporting.

· Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
