Leah McGuire, FCXP (CX-I)

Leah McGuire, FCXP (CX-I), has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Leah currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at LearnExperts since February 2022. Prior to this, they were the VP of Customer Success at the same company from August 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining LearnExperts, Leah worked at Kinaxis from 2008 to 2019. Their roles at Kinaxis included Director of Customer Experience from July 2018 to August 2019, Director of Center of Excellence from April 2016 to June 2018, Director of Solution Support from September 2015 to March 2016, Manager of Solution Support from July 2013 to August 2015, Field Support Architect from October 2012 to July 2013, and Integration Consultant from January 2008 to September 2012.

Prior to their time at Kinaxis, Leah worked at Solace Systems as an Operations Manager from 2005 to 2007. Leah began their career at JDSU, where they served as a Senior Production Planner from 1999 to 2005.

Leah McGuire, FCXP (CX-I), attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1996 to 1999. Leah successfully obtained a Diploma in Materials Management during this period. Additionally, in March 2019, Leah obtained the Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) certification from Forrester.
