Miriam Fiene, MS HRM

Miriam Fiene has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Miriam is currently working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager at Learnexus, where they are responsible for sourcing, recruiting, vetting, and interviewing potential leads for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, they assist with internal hiring, restructuring of the recruiting plan, implementation and maintenance of the ATS, and managing outgoing messages to candidates.

Prior to this, Miriam worked as a Recruiting Manager at JerseySTEM, where they led and supported a team of Recruiting Partners for backend operations including HR, Legal, Administration, Finance, and Tech. Their responsibilities included evaluating candidates, making hiring decisions, managing job offers, training new hires, and supporting the recruiters.

Miriam also worked as an Administrative Specialist at LHH from 2017 to 2018 and at Cultural Care Au Pair as an Aupair from 2009 to 2011. Miriam has experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Kyra & Vir, Hofmedia Inc., and musical.ly Inc. (now Tik Tok), where they handled various tasks such as content creation, editing, sharing on social media platforms, and assisting with marketing strategies.

In 2004, Miriam started their professional journey with an apprenticeship in Public Administration at Landeshauptstadt Hannover. Miriam later worked as an Administrative Specialist at LHH from 2007 to 2009.

Miriam Fiene, MS HRM, has a diverse education history. In 2019-2020, they attended Golden Gate University and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they pursued Project Management studies at UC Irvine. In 2014-2016, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from San Francisco State University. Before that, they attended City College of San Francisco from 2011 to 2014, focusing on Communication and Media Studies. In terms of certifications, Miriam obtained a NSLT Legal Technology Certificate from the National Society for Legal Technology in 2018. Miriam also holds a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from San Francisco State University in 2018.
