Cynthia Hamburger

As Senior Advisor and former Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer, Cynthia continues to focus on strong technology leadership, the integration of new technologies and platforms, and continuous improvement of the audiobook production processes. Key initiatives she has been instrumental in launching include Teacher Ally, the new Learning Ally website, and VOICEText.

Cynthia comes to us as a founder of The Bach Group, L.L.C, a business consultancy providing executive coaching and industry advisory services. She has over 30 years of leadership experience and is recognized as a strong innovator with a deep understanding of global technology management, customer service, business operations, sales and marketing, and professional services. Since 2008, in addition to leading the Bach Group, Cynthia has been engaged as the CIO/COO for Zweena, L.L.C., and was a member of the start-up leadership team. Until 2006, she held various executive leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet, focusing on reengineering information and overall information quality.
