Renee Thompson

Renee Thompson is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum development, program management, and teacher training. Currently serving as the Director of Educational Programming at Learning Care Group since July 2021, Renee has designed an outcomes-based curriculum framework for Toddlers through Pre-K students and developed quality indicators for educational programming across over 1,100 schools. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Primrose Schools, overseeing franchise openings and marketing strategies, and Director of Curriculum at Kiddie Academy, where Renee directed the development of over 8,000 pages of curricula. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Towson University, Renee's extensive experience encompasses a variety of positions that focus on enhancing educational quality and fostering collaboration among educators.
