Neil Whittaker has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Practice Manager at Openwork Ltd in 2001. Neil then worked as a Proposition Manager at Roseberry Group from 2005 to 2010, where they managed key stakeholder relationships. From 2010 to 2012, Whittaker worked as a Proposition Manager at Global Management Platform Ltd, where they were responsible for marketing planning and strategy. Neil then moved on to Phusion IM Ltd (formerly Pearson-Harper) as the Head of Marketing from 2012 to 2014, where they had full responsibility for the marketing function. Whittaker then worked at Hargreaves Services plc from 2014 to 2017, first as a Brand & Marketing Manager and later as the Group Marketing & Communications Manager. In their role at Hargreaves Services plc, they led the marketing & communication function and was responsible for various tasks such as brand development, crisis PR, and media management. Currently, Whittaker is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Learning Curve Group since 2017, where they are responsible for all marketing and communication efforts. Neil is also a Regional Council Member at CBI (Confederation of British Industry) starting from 2023.
