Lisa Schlageter

Lisa Schlageter possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across multiple roles. Currently serving as Account Supervisor for the Recycling & Trash Department at the City of Lakeway since March 2019, Lisa excels in managing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service for a growing community. Prior to this, Lisa was a Permit Technician, responsible for processing various permit applications and providing assistance to residents and contractors. As the Owner and Customer Service Manager at Learning Express Toys since October 2007, Lisa oversees a retail operation with a strong focus on employee training, customer service, and vendor management. Previous roles include teaching assistance at Sacred Heart Catholic School, administrative support at Teen & Family Counseling Center, and human resources generalist at Target Therapeutics, providing a diverse background in both education and operational management. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling with a minor in Human Resources from the University of North Texas.
