McQuillan Niamh has extensive experience in education, primarily with Baltimore County Public Schools since 1998, where roles have included Coordinator of Leadership Development, Professional Development Teacher, and Instructional Coach. Key achievements include designing and leading professional development aligned with educational initiatives and providing extensive one-on-one instructional coaching. As an English Teacher and AVID Coordinator, McQuillan supported underserved students with a 96% college acceptance rate. Additionally, McQuillan created Ripple Out, a women's forum for intentional leadership, and has presented at various conferences, including SXSW and Learning Forward, on topics such as targeted instruction and professional development models. McQuillan holds a Master’s in Leadership and Teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Law from University College Dublin.
