Larkin Willis is a dedicated researcher and policy associate at the Learning Policy Institute, focusing on equitable education policy, leadership preparation, racial equity, and systems change since September 2017. Additionally, Larkin serves in various leadership roles on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at Women in Government Relations while holding a policy and research associate position. Previous experience includes an education policy fellowship at the Institute for Educational Leadership, research consultancy for Policy Analysis for California Education, and teaching mathematics and science at ReNEW Schools and Jefferson Parish Public School System. Larkin holds a Master’s Degree in International and Comparative Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia.
