Imran Ahmad

Imran Ahmad, PhD, is an experienced Data Scientist at Citizenship and Immigration Canada since January 2015, where expertise in Big Data Analytics is applied to develop predictive models for automating Canadian Visa Application processing. In addition to this role, Imran serves as a Big Data Instructor and Course Editor at Learning Tree International, as well as a Course Author and Senior Trainer at ROI Training, specializing in Big Data and Machine Learning. Imran is the President of Cloudanum Inc., and has held various technical positions at organizations such as the RCMP, Alcatel-Lucent, and CGI, contributing to significant projects related to data processing and analytics. Imran holds a PhD in Computer Science and an M.A.Sc in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University, along with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
