Claire Vernine

Claire Vernine has a diverse work experience in the fields of language program management, teaching, linguistic expertise, and instructional design. Claire started their career as a Learner Management Advisor at Learnlight, where they supported clients and managed language programs. Claire then progressed to the role of Language Program Manager and eventually became the Head of Language Program Management for the Italy region. In this role, they were responsible for team management, maintaining customer satisfaction, and implementing program quality management.

Alongside their work at Learnlight, Claire also worked as an External Evaluator for Erasmus+ at Agence Erasmus+ France/Education & Formation, where they assessed projects and provided expertise. Claire also served as a Teaching Associate at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier 3, where they taught courses.

Claire has additional experience as a Pedagogical Writer at 7Speaking, an expert linguist at Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP), and an e-learning designer at Watson Expertise. Claire also worked as a Language Trainer at Learnship, providing remote language instruction to large corporations.

Furthermore, Claire has worked as a French Trainer and Coach at ACB-ILO LANGUES, an instructor of French at CETRADEL Conseil en Formation Linguistique, and as a Translator and Interpreter at ELS Agency. Their roles during this time involved providing language training, coaching, and translation services. Claire Vernine obtained a Master's degree in Insegnamento della lingua francese come seconda lingua o lingua straniera from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, where they attended from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they completed a Licence Sciences du Langage with a specialization in Linguistique française at the same university. In June 2013, Claire also obtained a certification in CILS C2 from Università per Stranieri di Siena.
