Vicna Vinesh

Vicna Vinesh has extensive work experience in the business development and sales fields, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Business Development for Learnosity, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development for Asia Pacific at Kortext from 2021 to 2022.

Vicna also has a long history with ProQuest, where they held several senior sales positions from 2002 to 2021. These roles included Senior Director of Mid-Market Sales for Australia and New Zealand, Senior Director of Sales for Asia Pacific South, Director of Sales for Books in Asia Pacific, and Area Sales Manager for both Australia and the Asia Pacific region for XanEdu.

Before their time at ProQuest, Vicna worked as an Account Manager for Dow Jones Newswires in Malaysia from 2001 to 2002. Vicna began their career as a Senior Account Manager at Cawston & Associates Sdn. Bhd. from 1998 to 2000, and prior to that, they served as a Senior Corporate Services Manager at Quest Consulting Sdn Bhd from 1994 to 1997.

Vicna Vinesh received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Deakin University between 2016 and 2020. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree from the University of East London from 1990 to 1993. Their earlier education includes attending La Salle Petaling Jaya from 1983 to 1989 and obtaining SPM and STPM qualifications. In addition to their educational background, they also attended the ASU+GSV Summit in 2023.
