Karen Foster

Karen Foster has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Karen currently works at Learnship as a Team Lead, Customer Success, EMEA, and has been with the company since 2022. Prior to this, they held a role as a Customer Success Manager at the same company.

Before joining Learnship, Karen worked at Borders College as a Certified Learning Lecturer from 2021 to 2023. Karen also gained experience as a Project Coordinator at Indegene from 2021 to 2022. Furthermore, they worked as a CDP certified Environmental Sustainability Data Scorer at Incite-Insight.co.uk for a brief period in 2021.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked as an English Teacher at KiTa Phantasien from 2007 to 2009.

Karen Foster's education history includes a Diploma of Education from UHI, with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching, obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Health at the University of Strathclyde from 2013 to 2014.
