Sanket Chitnis has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries. Sanket began their career at CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED in 1998 as a Marketing Executive for Car Finance. Sanket then worked at GE Capital International Services as a Process Developer from 2001 to 2005. Sanket joined ProKarma in 2005 as a Customer Service Manager, where they focused on sourcing vendors for the Engineering unit of a US-based railroad. Afterward, they worked at GlobalEnglish as a Regional Account Manager for India and South East Asia from 2010 to 2013. Sanket also held the role of CSM/SPC at GlobalEnglish from 2013 to 2017, where they conducted key account planning and managed client programs. Sanket then joined Ardor Learning Inc. as a Senior Consultant from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Learnship as a Strategic Account Manager and has held roles such as Customer Success Team Lead for APAC + India and India since 2020, with a focus on breaking down cultural barriers in intercultural working environments.

Sanket Chitnis completed their MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management at the National Institute of Management from 2006 to 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a postgraduate diploma in Finance from Bhavan's in 1999 and 2000. In 1994 to 1997, Sanket completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Osmania University. Sanket finished their high school education at HVS High School from 1982 to 1992.
