Luiz F. C. Martins has a diverse range of experience in the field of technology. Luiz F. began their career in 2007 as an Infrastructure Analyst at Assessorial Ltda Epp, where they provided technical support to end-users and managed user accounts. From there, they worked at Alinfo as a Network Analyst, collaborating with sales teams to develop custom solutions for customers and conducting WiFi site surveys.

In 2008, Martins joined ATIVA Corretora as a Network Analyst intern and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Network Engineer. In this role, they provided third-level network support, designed and maintained the networking infrastructure for multiple offices, and ensured seamless communication for internal and external users. Luiz F. also served as a Network Team Leader, overseeing the installation and troubleshooting of network hardware and software.

Taking a sabbatical in 2014, Martins engaged in personal and professional development activities, including language learning and renewing IT certifications. Luiz F. received the Best Achievement Award for their performance in an English course.

Luiz F. later served as a Systems Operations Manager, handling escalations, providing support, and maintaining 24x7 availability for on-call support.

Most recently, Martins has been working at LearnUpon as a DevOps Engineer. Luiz F. has designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines, containerized development environments, and container orchestration clusters. Luiz F. has continuously reviewed and optimized DevOps processes and infrastructure, proposed changes to optimize pipelines, and implemented automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency.

Throughout their career, Martins has demonstrated their expertise in network engineering, systems administration, DevOps, and infrastructure management. Luiz F. has shown a commitment to continuous learning and maintaining high standards of expertise.

Luiz F. C. Martins has a diverse education history. Luiz F. completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at Griffith College Dublin from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Technology in Computer Networks from Centro Universitário Senac, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they undertook a General English Course at SEDA College from 2014 to 2015.
