Steve Ripley

Steve Ripley is currently the Superintendent at Lease Crutcher Lewis in Seattle. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, starting their career as a carpenter and working their way up to superintendent.

Steve began their career in construction as a carpenter with Standish Construction in 2003. Steve quickly rose through the ranks and became a foreman at Fineline Fixture & Case in 2008. From there, they became Carpenter Foreman at Interior Millwork Solutions and then ELITE MILLWORK INSTALLATION INC. In 2015, they joined GLY Construction as General Foreman.

In 2018, Steve left GLY Construction to become Superintendent at Corti Construction, Inc. Steve held this position for four years before moving to Avara Construction in 2022. Steve is currently scheduled to work at Avara Construction until February 2022.

Steve Ripley reports to Jeff Cleator, President, Seattle. They are on a team with Royse Cozzens - Superintendent, Tina Sealey - Safety Director, and Korry Fuller - Rental Specialist, Seattle.
