John Ebersole

John Ebersole has a diverse work experience. John served as a Customer Support Team Lead at LeaseAccelerator from September 2019 until the present. In this role, they led the support team, coached and mentored support specialists, improved team performance, and acted as an SME for existing team members. Prior to this, John worked at BB&T from September 2010 to September 2019 as a Branch Banker III. In this role, they served as the primary contact for loans, investment, and depository products, cross-sold other services, mentored branch associates, and conducted sales and service meetings.

John Ebersole began their education journey in 2015 at Northern Virginia Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General. John successfully completed this program in 2019.

Building on their foundation, John recently attended the University of Florida from 2020 to 2023. During their time there, they focused on Business Administration and Management, General, and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in this field of study.
