Shanta Nivedita

Shanta Nivedita has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Shanta started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Wipro Limited in July 2010 and later served as a Project Engineer before becoming a Senior Software Test Engineer. Shanta worked with Wipro Limited until March 2017.

Following their time at Wipro, Shanta joined Deloitte in April 2017 as a Lead Solution Advisor. Shanta was promoted to the role of Senior Solution Advisor in September 2018 and worked in that position until August 2020. Shanta then became a Quality Assurance Manager 1 and later a Quality Assurance Manager 2, holding these positions from September 2020 to May 2022.

Most recently, Shanta joined LeaseAccelerator in May 2023 as the Director of QC Engineering. In this role, they are currently contributing their skills and expertise.

Shanta Nivedita completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT) in Bhubaneswar. Shanta attended this institution from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Shanta Nivedita has acquired two additional certifications. In January 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Shanta also obtained an Executive General Management Program certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in February 2021.
