Sony Pappy Raju

Sony Pappy Raju has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Sony started their career as a Software Engineer at Zappier Technologies Pvt Ltd from November 2014 to December 2016. They then worked as a Web Developer and Technical Support at Orient Eagle Security Devices & Systems Co. from April 2017 to March 2019. Sony continued their technical support career at TRACOM SOLUTIONS FOR DESIGN MANAGEMENT from January 2019 to July 2021. After that, they worked as a Manual Tester/Technical Support at Kazoo and More from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Sony is an Application Support Analyst at RightCrowd, starting from March 2023. In this role, they diagnose and troubleshoot issues, perform advanced troubleshooting for enterprise applications, and research previous tickets and documentation to assist with issue resolution.

Sony Pappy Raju completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from St. Gregorios College in Kottarakara from 2008 to 2011. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Sony pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Marthoma College of Science and Technology in Chadayamangalam.
