Jennifer Ledezma

Jennifer Ledezma has a solid background in software engineering, with a focus on backend development and project management. Jennifer started their career as a Student Assistant at Universidad de Costa Rica in 2014, before transitioning to a Software Developer role at Power 3 Web in 2015. Jennifer then joined Mobtion in 2016 as a Backend Software Developer, where they gained experience in Monolithic Architecture pattern and worked on Mobile Banking and Wallet Systems. In 2021, they joined MagmaLabs as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of various applications using Ruby On Rails, Hotwire, Stimulus Reflex, Cypress, and Rspec. Most recently, Jennifer is working at First Factory as a Senior Software Engineer.

Jennifer Ledezma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Informatics from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Design Thinking Professional Certificate from CertiProf in March 2023, a Ruby on Rails Global Summit 23 certification from Geekle.us in January 2023, and a Principles SOLID y Clean Code certification from Udemy in December 2022. Jennifer also has certifications in Advanced Ruby Programming, Testing Ruby with RSpec, and Workplace Harassment. Jennifer also holds certificates in Ruby (Basic) and Ruby (Intermediate) from HackerRank. Lastly, they obtained a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from Scrum Fundamentals Certified.
