Erica Rosas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica started their professional career in 2014 at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where they held various roles including Corporate Accountant, Administrative Assistant, and Corporate Cashier. In these positions, they managed bank accounts, handled administrative tasks, and organized and accounted for cash and checks.

In 2016, Erica joined KeHE Distributors as a Control Desk Clerk, where they monitored productivity and efficiency of employees and arranged daily paperwork for truck drivers. Erica also worked at Poop in a Group LLC as a Bookkeeper, responsible for reconciling payments and following up on outstanding balances.

From 2016 to 2020, Erica served as an Independent Agent at World Financial Group (WFG), and during the same period, they worked at Xero in multiple roles. As a Customer Experience Agent, they provided support to partners and small business owners, addressing banking issues and resolving problems. As a Partner Development Representative, they worked with accountants and bookkeepers across the US and Spanish speaking countries, helping them assess if Xero was the right tool for their clients and promoting the benefits of cloud accounting.

Most recently, Erica joined LeaseCrunch in 2022 as a Large Enterprise ISR.

Erica Rosas is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Fort Hays State University. Erica began their studies at Fort Hays State University in 2022 and is still in the process of completing their degree.

Prior to their enrollment at Fort Hays State University, Erica attended Loyola University Chicago from 2011 to 2013. However, they did not obtain a degree during this period. At Loyola University Chicago, Erica studied Accounting and Finance, as well as French.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Erica has obtained certifications in Foundational Support from Zendesk in March 2022, and Foundations of Project Management from Google in May 2021.
