Jennifer Staciokas

Jennifer Staciokas is the current Advisor at LeaseLock. Jennifer has been in this position since March of 2020. Prior to LeaseLock, they were the Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Property Management Services from August 2014 to March 2020. Her responsibilities at Pinnacle Property Management Services included strategic planning and execution of Marketing, Training and Revenue Management programs for over 700 conventional, affordable and student communities with over 172,000 units in the United States & Canada. Jennifer also had direct oversight of eight corporate department and division heads in training, marketing and revenue management with responsibility for an additional thirty-four team members across the United States and Canada. During their time at Pinnacle Property Management Services, they introduced three distinct brands within three years – Rhapsody (Canadian platform - 2015), Pinnacle City Living (NYC platform - 2016) and Pinnacle Campus Living (Student Housing platform - 2017). Additionally, they were an active participant in the client relations process including client meetings and events, RFP responses and new business pitches. Jennifer also championed the revamp of the Learning & Development department including launching a new Learning Management System, shifting to a blended learning approach and offering consistent leadership training through Dale Carnegie. Furthermore, they lead the Corporate Marketing department in refining new business collateral materials, launching Pinnacle’s rebranded website (www.PinnacleLiving.com), engaging in consistent PR, sharing accomplishments via our corporate social media channels and introducing the company’s first Annual Report. Jennifer Staciokas has a Master's in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor's in French from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer also attended Camp Hill High School.
