Cecily Bolton

Cecily Bolton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, client services, and marketing.

Most recently, they served as the Director of Customer Success at FinQuery, formerly known as LeaseQuery. Prior to that, they were the Director of Client Success at Passport, where they led a team of 10 Client Success Managers and Executives, overseeing a client base of 850 cities, universities, and agencies.

Before their time at Passport, Bolton worked as a Client Services Manager at Web.com for Enterprise and held multiple roles at Yodle, including Customer Success Director, Senior National Marketing Consultant, National Marketing Consultant, and Marketing Consultant.

Cecily began their career as a Marketing Intern at Carolinas Healthcare System, where they provided assistance in marketing and branding for internal and external clients.

Cecily Bolton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from East Carolina University - College of Business from 2004 to 2008.
