David Tomlinson

David Tomlinson is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Global Human Resources Director at Leathwaite since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing global HR functions and collaborating with leadership for sustainable business growth. Previously, David held the position of HR Transformation Lead at DLA Piper from 2019 to 2023, leading a comprehensive transformation program that redefined HR service provision and operational models. David's extensive experience also includes roles as Head of HR, Independent Contractor as a Human Capital Strategist, Regional CHRO at Mercer, and HR Director roles at the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of Nursing.
