Michal Leach

Shafali Goutam is an associate in the New York Office. Prior to joining Leathwaite, Shafali founded an Employee Wellness Start-up in Mumbai, India and has also worked in Human Capital consulting at Aon.

Shafali graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management and then pursued her Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University in 2021.
