Cherish Chambers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and support roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Unum since November 2014. Prior positions at Unum include Customer Success Manager, Client Liaison, Life Event Specialist, and Disability Benefits Specialist. Prior to Unum, Cherish worked as a Social Worker at Hearth Hospice from May 2013 to November 2014 and served as a Server at Jenkins Deli between May 2004 and May 2013. Cherish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lee University.
