Bill Cowart

Bill Cowart is a senior executive vice president at Leavitt Group Northwest. Prior to merging with Leavitt Group, He co-owned HBT insurance for 29 years. He also worked in the mortgage and oil industries.

He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He served on many carrier agency councils, including Hartford AARP Council, Hartford PL Council, and Liberty Northwest Council. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
