Qusai Smadi

Qusai Smadi serves as a member of the organizing committee for the Public Relations and Outreach departments at Hult Prize LAU since October 2023. In addition, Qusai holds the positions of Regional Manager and Chapter Director of Lebanon for Global STEM Initiative since May 2023. As Co-President of the LAU MEPI-TL Debate Committee and Club President at Lebanese American University since September 2022, Qusai has demonstrated leadership by revitalizing the Astronomy Club. Qusai is also a content creator on YouTube since May 2020. Recent internships and volunteer work include assisting the Ministry of Social Development in Jordan with international relations in June 2023, volunteering at the UN Women conference in Oman, and participating in discussions on women's empowerment with UNDP and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation. Qusai is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Lebanese American University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
