Alaa Abdu (PMP®,ACP®,RMP®, P3O,MBA)

Alaa Abdu has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the field of telecommunications. Alaa currently holds the position of Projects Management Office Director at Lebara Mobile KSA, where they are responsible for strategic alignment, risk management, and ensuring the delivery of projects within time, cost, and quality constraints. Prior to this, Alaa founded Neural PMO, a project management organization. Alaa also worked at Integrated Telecom Company (ITC) as a Strategic Projects / PMO Manager, overseeing the implementation of PMO processes and managing stakeholder expectations. Additionally, they served as an IT ICT Project Manager at ITC, where they managed IT projects and utilized organization process assets to influence project success. Alaa also co-founded and served as the Technical Lead at Kurrasa - School Search Engine of Saudi Arabia. Earlier in their career, they worked at Intracom Jordan as a Datawarehouse Technical Team Leader and Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for creating data warehouse structures and implementing Oracle financial services.

Alaa Abdu has an ongoing Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University. They completed their Bachelor's degree in Science, with a focus on Computer Information Systems, from Applied Science University from 2000 to 2004.

In terms of certifications, Alaa Abdu obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institution in 2010. They also obtained a P3O (Portfolio, Program, and Project Offices) certification from axelos P3O in 2022. Additionally, Alaa Abdu acquired an ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification from the Project Management Institution in 2022. They also received a certificate in Artificial Intelligence for executives from the London Premier Center in the same year.

Apart from their formal education, Alaa Abdu holds various additional certifications.
