Mari Pau Gomez has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the field of talent management and human resources.

MARI PAU began their career as a Senior Consultant at WALTER WALLACE, where they worked for five years before moving on to become a Regional Area Manager at Vedior-Laborman.

Afterwards, Gomez joined Professional Staff as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for setting up the local office and recruiting and selecting the team.

MARI PAU then worked at Human Management Systems as a Business Area Manager, where they provided strategic consultancy in human resources and conducted tasks such as executive search, assessment, and talent management.

Gomez then transitioned to GE, first as a Talent Manager and HR Business Partner, and later as a Talent Development Manager and HR Business Partner. In these roles, they aligned business objectives with employees, supported managers in recruitment and development activities, and managed various HR functions including employee relations, HR strategy, and HR policy design.

Currently, Gomez holds the position of Talent Management Director at Lecta. In this role, they lead talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development activities. MARI PAU is also involved in Lecta's cultural transformation and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors to support the organization's digitalization process. Gomez plays a key role in developing teams, implementing learning programs, and promoting internal mobility, succession planning, and engagement programs within the company.

MARI PAU GOMEZ obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from EADA Business School in 1998-1999. MARI PAU also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, which they completed from 1982 to 1988. In addition, they have a certification in Leadership Architecture 101& choices from KORN FERRY INTERNATIONAL SA, obtained in 2012.
