Yahkvé Redón de la Fuente has a diverse work experience starting from 1999. They worked at Promer de México as a Maintenance Engineer, where they were responsible for laser marker maintenance, inventories control, and designing customer logos, layouts, and exploded views of pieces. In 2001, Yahkvé joined Lectra as a Field Technician, and over the years, they held various roles including C&P Sales Associate, Customer Care A. Manager, After Sales Service Manager, Customer Success Manager Mexico, and currently, they are the Customer Success Director Mexico. In these roles, Yahkvé was involved in consumables and spare parts sales, development and promotion of maintenance kits, responsible for maintenance contracts, provided technical assistance for projects, and managed customer success in Mexico and Central America.

Yahkvé Redón de la Fuente completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering at UNAM from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, also at UNAM.
