Ana Rose Wiklanski

Ana Rose Wiklanski currently serves as a CSR1 at Lectric eBikes since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ana held the position of Senior Registered Behavior Technician at SkyCare ABA from January 2023 to October 2023, providing direct client care and implementing behavioral protocols. Ana also worked as a Senior Registered Behavior Technician at ADVENTURE ABA, LLC from August 2021 to December 2022. Before entering the behavioral health field, Ana was a Retention Specialist at Nextiva from March 2020 to July 2021, where customer support was the primary focus, particularly regarding billing and payment processes. Ana's earlier experience includes serving as a Business Operations Specialist at Viwa, managing ticket inventory and training staff, and a Senior Case Manager at Oasis Financial. Ana is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in June 2025.
