Jennifer Ho

Jennifer Ho currently serves as Chief of Staff at Lectric eBikes since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer led Neighborhood Services & Operations at Culdesac and had diverse responsibilities in People & Operations from June 2019 to May 2024. Jennifer's career includes management positions at the Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus Pine Council and Teach For America, where duties ranged from stewardship to institute operations. Earlier experience includes roles at BBVA Compass, Teach For America (as a Corps Member), and teaching 2nd grade. Jennifer began their professional journey as a recruiter after earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University in 2004.
