Amber Vanderburg

Amber Vanderburg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, communication, and organizational effectiveness. As the Founder of The Pathwayz Group since June 2019, Amber focuses on guiding teams toward their desired outcomes. Additionally, Amber serves as an Instructor at Madecraft and Lecturio, providing valuable courses on various topics related to communication and collaboration. In the capacity of an Instructional Facilitator for Pluralsight, Amber has authored courses aimed at bridging technical communications. Amber's prior roles include leadership consulting at DDI and consulting for Paradigm Shift, where the emphasis was on intentional leadership. Additional experience includes founding Player Pathwayz, leading human resources initiatives at Saint Francis Health System, and coaching with Paris Saint-Germain in India. Amber holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Interpersonal Communications from Oral Roberts University.
