Mikael Milebacke

Mikael Milebacke has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, primarily at ABB since September 1993, where responsibilities as Avdelningschef include budget management, personnel oversight, rehabilitation, workplace environment, and production-related issues. Mikael also serves on the board of ABB klubben 3004 and contributes as a MOMA ambassador for Manufacturing OPEX Maturity Assessment. In addition, Mikael has been involved with Ledarna – Sveriges chefsorganisation since February 2020 as the chairman of the Teknik och motor bölmü, with prior roles including board member and election committee member in the same department.
