Krister Sundholm is an experienced professional in leadership development and organizational consultancy. Currently serving as a Ledarutvecklare at Ledarstudion AB since March 2023, Krister also holds the role of Senior Organisationskonsult and Gruppterapeut at Areteco AB since August 2018. Krister's previous experience at Swedbank spanned from June 2008 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading leadership development programs, coaching on conflict management, and facilitating various organizational themes for nearly 1000 employees and leaders.
