Jace Olson

Jace Olson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, HR, IT, and change management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ledcor since October 2022, Jace has also been a Co-Owner of KACE Consulting Inc. since 2008, providing strategic planning and corporate culture expertise. Prior roles include Project Manager for Workday Design & Implementation at AltaGas Ltd., where Jace managed the extension of Workday across multiple North American entities, and various managerial positions at CNOOC International, focusing on corporate solution delivery and application support. Jace's career began at Sanjel Corporation, progressing through HR-related roles, culminating in the development of international HR policies and compensation programs. Education includes a program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Change Management Certification from the Change Management Learning Center.
