Marie-Pier Fortier

Marie-Pier is a leader in human resource management with experience in fast-growth global companies. She spent the first years of her HR career in London, England, prior to joining a leading American videogame publishing company headquartered in California. In 2017 she transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources at LeddarTech. Since joining the company, Marie-Pier has contributed significantly, an example of this is when LeddarTech expanded within Canada and entered the U.S., Europe and Asia markets beginning in 2019. During this rapid expansion, Marie-Pier launched a successful global employee recruitment strategy that led within two years to a 400+% staffing, resulting in an impressive augmentation of LeddarTech’s wealth of technical expertise.

Marie-Pier holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Relations and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management with a major in Human Resources and has expertise in team development and process management, including the implementation of effective recruitment, resource management and human capital program development.
