Caroline Starrs Allen, MPA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Member Impact at LEE since August 2012, progressing through several leadership roles that include Vice President and Senior Director in Leadership Development & Design. Caroline's expertise encompasses program design and management advisory support, directly impacting 7,000 members annually while leading a team in data evaluation and strategic planning. Previously, Caroline was the Director of Leadership Development where program initiatives influenced over 200 participants, including the development of a nine-month Fellowship and the Diversity in Elected Leadership Series. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of State Programs at The Center for Progressive Leadership, managing state-based leadership programs for 100 participants annually and overseeing multiple program managers nationwide. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration from Michigan State University.
