Lara Barringer

Lara Barringer has been working in the real estate industry since February 2019. Lara is currently a Client Services Associate with Lee & Associates in Houston, TX. Prior to their current position, Lara was a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with COMPASS RE GROUP, LLC from February 2019 to October 2019. In their previous role, Lara was an assistant to a top producing agent who was consistently ranked in the Top 100 by the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). Lara was responsible for inputting all necessary information into the HAR database, including photos with descriptions, property updates, and special features. Lara also created marketing material for social media advertising, print material including postcards and flyers, and e-blasts announcing listings and open houses. In addition, Lara prepared contracts and maintained all paper and electronic files ensuring compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission and company policies.

Lara Barringer has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Lara is certified from LinkedIn in Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits and SAP ERP Essential Training. Lara is also certified from TREC in Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
