Michael Kane

Michael Kane is the current President at Lee & Associates in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to this, they were the Vice President at Broadshore Capital Partners from June 2021 to January 2022. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing Broadshore's commerical property acquisition program across the Western US with a focus on multi-family investment opportunities. Michael also oversaw the firm's analysis of markets and properties while instituting asset management strategies to enhance the properties and valuations to generate solid returns for Broadshore's clients and partners.

From June 2017 to June 2021, Kane was the Vice President - Investment Manager Real Estate at State Street Global Advisors. In this role, they were responsible for executing investment management strategies within Commercial Real Estate. Michael was also a member of the U.S. team focused on acquisition, development, asset management, joint ventures and disposition of direct commercial real estate owned assets in the Western Region on behalf of institutional and private equity clients.

Michael Kane graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services. Michael Kane is also certified from the State of California as a Real Estate Salesperson/Broker.
